At Pictou Mutual Insurance Company we take our responsibilities to you very seriously. In the remote event that you experience a situation with our company in which you do not receive prompt, professional and courteous service, please contact our General Manager for immediate attention and follow-up on your problem. Our company has initiated a formal complaints procedure to deal with any issue that may arise and we promise that your complaint will receive immediate attention and redress.
Our first level of complaints procedure is an internal staff process whereby our General Manager will receive and review your matter and attempt to amicably resolve the issue between all affected parties to your complete satisfaction. In the event that this process does not fully satisfy your concerns the next level of review is with the Company’s Board of Directors who will review your complaint and attempt to resolve your problem directly.
